SETUP AND USE EMAIL ON WINDOWS OR IOS

Setup email on WNDOWS or IOS using our tutorial. It is simple!

OVERVIEW

In this tutorial, we are going to show how to use created email on Cpanel. So before we start you need have created the email on Cpanel.

REQUIREMENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. LOGIN at your MAXKO Hosting account and click CPanel icon.
  2. Go on EMAIL ACCOUNT CPanel Email Account
  3. At top navigation click EMAIL ACCOUNTS. CPanel Email Account
  4. If you want to access email using Cpanel simple click ACCESS WEBMAIL. If you want setup email on IOS or WINDOWS EMAIL than continue the following tutorial. CPanel Email Account
WINDOWS EMAIL SETUP
  1. On Windows 10 go on START icon and at right side find EMAIL icon
  2. At top of navigation click ACCOUNTS it will at right side open new window
  3. Click at bottom of right window ADD ACCOUNT
  4. When new popup window choose OTHER SETTINGS Windows Email Account Setup
  5. Choose Internet email POP or IMAP Windows Email Account Setup
  6. Write all fields:
    1. EMAIL: info@tutorials.maxko-hosting.com
    2. USERNAME: info@tutorials.maxko-hosting.com (your created email on Cpanel)
    3. PASSWORD: (write generated password on Cpanel)
    4. ACCOUNT NAME: you can write any name
    5. INCOMING/OUTGOING EMAIL SERVER: go on EMAIL ACCOUNTS on Cpanel and click CONNECT DEVICES it will open two new options, click SET UP MAIL CLIENT CPanel Email Account CPanel Email Account
    6. TYPE: POP or IMAP IMAP (Internet Messaging Access Protocol) Emails are stored on the server. Sent messages are stored on the server. Messages can be synced and accessed across multiple devices. POP3 (Post Office Protocol) Emails are stored on a single device. Sent messages are stored on a single device. Emails can only be accessed from a single device. If you want to keep messages on the server, make sure the setting "Keep email on server" is enabled or all messages are deleted from the server once downloaded to the app or software.

IOS EMAIL SETUP
  1. Open SETTINGS
  2. Find in sliding menu ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS option
  3. ADD ACCOUNT
  4. Click on OTHERS
  5. Click first option ADD MAIL ACCOUNT
  6. Write name as your MAXKO Hosting account. Email and pasword need be writed as you create on Cpanel. For description you can write any text. After you write all fields click NEXT button.
  7. Write all fields:
    1. EMAIL: info@tutorials.maxko-hosting.com
    2. USERNAME: info@tutorials.maxko-hosting.com (your created email on Cpanel)
